A diffuser can be a great addition to any room in your home to create your desired environment. By diffusing essential oils directly into the air we breathe, we are influencing the feeling of our environment, and, more powerfully, our own emotions. If you want to create a calming and grounding atmosphere in your home, diffuse oils such as Lavender, Cedarwood, Frankincense, or blends like Balance or Serenity.
Some of my personal favourite calming blends: Peaceful Blends 3 drops Wild Orange & 2 drops Frankincense 2 drops Lavender & 3 drops Wild Orange 2 drops Cassia, 2 drops Cedarwood & 2 drops Wild Orange 2 drops Lavender & 3 drops Lemon doTERRA’s blends: Peace, Balance or Serenity The number of drops needed will depend on the size of your room, usually varying anywhere between 5-10 total. Remember when using certified pure therapeutic grade oils less is more! So start with less, you can always add an extra drop or two if needed! Don’t have a diffuser? Not to worry, you can still experience the power of aromatherapy by inhaling the essential oil straight from the bottle or adding a drop in the palm of you hands and creating a scent tent!
